If you are planning on sending your pet to the office with someone who is not listed as secondary on your account, you must call the office and give permission for them to make medical decisions. We will not allow decisions to be made by persons not listed on the account and they will not receive updates. The main account holder will be held financially responsible for any decisions made by others listed on the account.
